PageConnect is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your data — ever.
1. Who we are
PageConnect ("we", "us", "our") operates the platform at pageconnect.io, including the seller dashboard, customer portal, and public tracking portal. Our contact email is [email protected].
2. What data we collect
From sellers:
- Name, email address, and shop name at registration
- Order data you enter — customer names, phone numbers, addresses, products, prices, and delivery details
- Payment method records you log manually
- Product and stock information you add
- Financial records you enter in the Finance section
From customers (registered):
- Email address at registration
- Order history linked to their phone number across PageConnect sellers
From customers (unregistered):
- Phone number entered at pageconnect.io/track to retrieve active orders — not stored permanently
Automatically collected:
- Browser type, device type, and general usage data for platform performance
- We do not use invasive tracking or advertising cookies
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the PageConnect platform
- To allow sellers to manage orders, customers, stock, and analytics
- To allow customers to track orders and view purchase history
- To send transactional emails related to your account (trial expiry, billing)
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data storage and security
All data is stored on Supabase — an enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database with row-level security. Each seller's data is completely isolated. No seller can access another seller's orders, customers, or products.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is strictly limited.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (platform hosting) — both bound by their own privacy policies
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority
- Business transfer: If PageConnect is acquired or merged, data may transfer to the new entity under the same privacy commitments
6. Cookies
PageConnect uses only essential cookies required for the platform to function — session management and authentication. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies from third parties.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 14 business days.
8. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, in case you wish to reactivate. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
9. Children's privacy
PageConnect is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
11. Contact us
For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 14 business days.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on 19 May 2026. PageConnect reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
