Yes. Your data is stored on Supabase (enterprise PostgreSQL). Each seller's data is completely isolated — other sellers cannot see your orders, customers, or products. We never share or sell data.

What happens after my trial ends?

You get a 3-day grace period after the 14-day trial. After that, premium features lock — but your data is never deleted. You choose when to subscribe.

Do I need to change how I take orders?

No. You keep selling via Facebook inbox, WhatsApp, DMs — exactly as you always have. You just log the order in PageConnect afterwards.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up with your Facebook page name or shop name and email. No payment information needed until you subscribe after the trial.

Can I use PageConnect outside Bangladesh?

Is this an app I need to download?

Does PageConnect integrate with couriers automatically?

Not automatically. You enter the tracking number when you have it — customers can then click directly through to the courier's own tracking page. Your courier relationships stay as they are.
