1. About PageConnect

PageConnect ("we", "us", "our") is a web-based order and business management platform for F-commerce and social commerce sellers. It is operated at pageconnect.io and accessible via browser on any device.

PageConnect is a management tool only. We do not sell products, process payments, deliver goods, or facilitate transactions between sellers and their customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use PageConnect. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Seller accounts

To use PageConnect as a seller, you must register with a valid email address and shop name or Facebook page name. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The accuracy of data you enter into the platform
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your country

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same business without prior written permission.

4. Free trial and subscription

PageConnect offers a 14-day free trial with all Pro features unlocked. No credit card is required to start the trial.

After the trial ends, a 3-day grace period applies before premium features lock. Your data is never deleted due to non-payment.

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Pricing varies by region to ensure accessibility. Prices are displayed in BDT for Bangladesh-based sellers and USD for international sellers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Annual plan: a pro-rated refund may be issued if requested within 30 days of payment
• Monthly plan: no refunds for partial months
• If PageConnect experiences significant downtime or a platform error that materially affects your use, we will consider a credit or refund on a case-by-case basis

6. Liability disclaimer — transactions and deliveries

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• The products they sell and their quality
• Collecting and processing payments from customers
• Arranging and managing deliveries with couriers
• Resolving disputes with customers
• Compliance with consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction
• Any taxes applicable to their sales

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PageConnect to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misleading practices
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the PageConnect platform
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

PageConnect and its design, code, branding, and content are the intellectual property of PageConnect. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Data you enter into PageConnect — your orders, customers, products — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

9. Platform availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the PageConnect platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to PageConnect in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of PageConnect after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh. International sellers acknowledge that PageConnect operates primarily under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
